For initial troubleshooting, Try to pull off your pen drive out of your computer. Restart your computer and put the pen drive back on. Wait for the your computer to read the pen drive. Also, please check the hidden icons at the bottom right corner of your screen if your computer is installing a driver for your pen drive.
