I keep getting alerts that my PC PROTECTION IS DISABLED and to restart my computer. I have restarted as well as shut down multiple times, I have the lastest updates, I am connected to the internet, my subscription has not expired, I just did a scan and no threats were found.....please help!  I have version 12.0.1226

Hi anthea, 

Do you have security software on your computer other than Trend Micro? We suggest using only one anti-virus product on your device at a time, as this may cause issues such as this one. You may also check the link below for further help: 

"Protection Disabled" error message appears when opening the main console of your Trend Micro Security program
