pay guard doesn't open

After clicking on the "Open" button on the main console >  privacy page, the introduction page initially popped up, I've since clicked on the button, don't show this again and now nothing happens.  I use Opera as my browser and I am disinclined to changed back to chrome or some other browser which doesn't allow me block add popups.   I am not even sure I want to use this product anyway but I'd at least like to research it for myself before I make a decision

I think the first time it opened in Explorer and if you want to use it, you must make Explorer, Chrome,Firefox as default browser!!!

so in other words no I can't use it unless I'm willing to use a less acceptable browser hmm oh well never this product is not for me then

Hi SussanM and welcome to the Trend Micro Community!

The Trend Micro PayGuard is dependent on the default browser of your computer and as of the moment, it's only compatible with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox just like what Tom Emmelot mentioned, however, we are not closing our doors in the possibility that soon we can make it available on Opera Mini, we will definitely consider that on our future updates.
