Password Manager purchase error

I purchased password manager and it keeps telling me I have the free version and to upgrade. I have already purchased it and I have the credit card statement with the purchase on it. Please advise.

Upon installation of the Trend Micro Password Manager program, the default installed program will just be a trial version until we have it upgraded to the paid version.

If you already have a Trend Micro Password Manager account, you can access the link: https://pwm.trendmicro.com/signin. Sign in to your Trend Micro account then provide your Master Password. Once logged in, click on your account name at the upper right then choose Settings. Go to "Subscription Information" tab then provide your activation key. The activation key is provided on your Order Confirmation email from your previous purchase. I have re-sent the email for your reference.
