Password manager popping up in mac menu bar

I have password manager (version 3.5) on my macbook pro (El Capitan 10.11.5). Every 60 seconds or so, the icon pops up in my menu bar, bounces a few times, then disappears again. If I'm streaming a video in full screen, this forces the full screen to close - so I can't watch in full screen. How do I stop this??

Hi @jeremyclimie and welcome to Trend Micro Community!

Thank you for posting your concern here and apologies for the troubles this may have caused.

I understand that the Password Manager keeps popping up on your screen.

To clarify, are you using the Password Manager on your Mac? We have checked your subscription and found that you do not currently have an active license for the product. We would like to check if you are using the trial version of the program on your Mac.

If you are not using the program, you may remove it from your Mac to prevent it from popping up on your screen. You may click the link below for instructions:

Uninstalling Password Manager on Mac

If you are using the Password Manager on your Mac but does not want it to constantly pop up on your screen, you may provide us the screenshot of the pop up. In the meantime, please try log in to your Password Manager account as you may have just been being required to login and enable the Password Manager on your browsers.

For reference, here is a link for the steps on enabling the Password Manager toolbar:

Enabling and disabling Password Manager in web browsers

We hope this helps. Thank you for the patience and we'll be waiting for your updates.

Enjoy the rest of the week! :)
