Trendmicro should put their investments into something other than a password manager, and suggest their users go to LastPass for a world class password manager

Hello yourmail and welcome to the community.

Hope you are doing great today.

The Password Manager program is bundled with the Trend Micro Maximum Security program, also the Password Manager program is developed by us. It is not bought nor acquired, that is why we bundled the Password Manager program on the Trend Micro Maximum Security program so that people do not need to purchase separately for a Password Manager costing them more not less. The LastPass program is somewhat similar to our Password Manager program since majority of the main features it has are also on our Password Manager program. Moreover we are always adding new features to the Password Manager program to make it an ideal program for keeping passwords safe and secured.

I hope this was able to help you with your concern, please feel free to comment or post on this community.

Thank you!

Hello phaney1010 ! Welcome to the community!

There are several reasons why the Trend Micro Password Manager is not working as expected on your Google Chrome browser. To further check the problem that you are having, may we know what is the Google Chrome Version that you are using? Updating it (Google Chrome) to the latest version can help you resolve this problem.

You can check the Google Chrome Browser by clicking the three-dot-button on the top right part of the browser then select Help then click on "About Google Chrome". See this photo for the quick reference.

I have checked my Google Chrome version and made an update and it shows 59.0.3071.115. You may check or even acquire a more later version than mine and it can help solving the problem.

Let us know this helps.
