I understand that even if you do have an internet connection the program says that it cannot connect to the internet. May I know when did the issue started happening? Does it happen on the main console or in the Password Manager's toolbar in your web browser/s?
You may also restart Password Manager's components to possibly rectify the issue. Please refer to the picture below for the step by step guide on how to stop/start the program's components. Please let us know any update and do not forget to provide the needed information for us to further check the issue in our end in case the issue persist.
