Password Manager - Cannot access Management Console- see or edit password details

Password Manager version

Web Browser bothe IE and Chrome web extensions 

I can logon to Password Manager from the web extension, but when I try to click and view "Management Console" or "edit details" the page just churns and never brings up my list of  passwords for review and editing. Tried reinstalling software and web browser extension and the same problem reappears. Also will not let me export passwords to a personal back-up file. Have never had any issues in several years. Frustrated.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!

The Management Console's main purpose is for you to view, edit, delete and add passwords. When you click on "Management Console" using the web extension of Password Manager, it normally brings up a new page to show you a dashboard of your passwords associated with their accounts.

Can you clarify to us the problem you're encountering here? Did you see something different before besides the dashboard?

For exporting your passwords, you need to do the following:

1. Click on the Password Manager icon's extension on your browser.
2. Click on the Management Console option.
3. On the Management Console page, click on your name on the upper right and select Settings.
4. Select "Data" > Export.
5. Choose a location where you can save it to, then click OK. 
6. Open the file and you will see your passwords. The default file type is an excel file.

Can't accomplish any of the above. Again, as stated in the original problem, Management Console will not open up and show my passwords or anything (just tabs open and shows Trend Micro icon in the middle and nothing else) when it is clicked on in the web browser extension - either Chrome or IE.

I'm sorry to hear this. Kindly provide to us the screenshot of your Management Console so we can further check and investigate the issue. Also, provide to us the version of your browsers.
