Hi r.conley,

I understand your frustration.

I checked my Password Manager and it's working fine, could you describe your problem more?
If you could share it step by step, we might be able to figure out the problem and advise you of what to do next.

Hi R.Conley,
Your paswords are no jokes. I know it's frustrating each time making another one, but it secures your account(s).
Please make a exercise book to remember all the passwords you need. This will help you in future.
For getting your password on Trend Micro hit the button forgotten my password and you'll be redirected to make a new one.
If I had not made a exercise book myself I got lost inside the internet with all passwords I made

I know my password but your soft does not give me an option to use it as the drop down is not working. Still FRUSTRATED.

Why exactly do you need TM Password Manager  to keep all your passwords when you can create a password protected Word document with all your passwords , on your screen????

All you need to remember is ONE PASSWORD of your "password protected word document".

What if your computer does crash, or your hard disk will fail? You loose everything...
that's why it is safe to keep a copy in a exercise book

Simply save a copy of that password protected document on a usb memory stick.

Personally, I have the same document even on my phone .

In Word 2007 and docx. , a password protected document is extremely secure.
