Parental controls suddenly stopped working

Parental controls was password protecting selected apps and as of today stopped prompting for pin to open app. No new updates to phone and no new apps installed, just stop working. Uninstalled Trend and re-installed 3 times and granted all permissions and activated device administration and still no luck.

The Parental Control was replaced by Content Shield, here is the link to learn more about the Content Shield.

Hello, thank you for the response. I actually use Android and not iOS. The issue is with the parental control function that just suddenly stopped working. Any solutions to fix it? Thanks in advance!
