-I'm not a Trend Micro representative, but I like to give you some suggestion-

did you renew your activation code? In this case your expiration date will be automatically updated. 
If you buyed a new code, you have simply to enter it in your Trend Micro product at the activation page. 

Now, what are you trying to download?
All the Trend Micro link are working good, I tested them few minutes ago.

Our friend Max Slo here is correct, if it is a renewal of the same activation code it should automatically be extended and you do not have to do anything after unless you are using an old version and have to upgrade.
