Page not responding

I keep getting "page not responding" when I click on a page and I scanned my computer a few times but it shows my computer is fine so I don't know why this is happening.

Regarding your situation, let's isolate to make sure the blocking is not due to Maximum Security. Please check if this message is displayed after you temporarily disable Maximum Security. We have a support document that explains how to do this:
Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software

Don't forget to enable your Maximum Security after the confirmation.

If the problem is solved after you temporarily disable Trend Micro Security, please check if there are any conflicting Third-Party security software installed on your computer. Third-party security software can cause conflict with your Trend Micro program, resulting in computer performance issues and internet connection problems.

To remove these incompatible software, check this Knowledge Base article: 
Programs to remove before installing Trend Micro Security

- Kaspersky (Security Scan, etc.)
- McAfee (Shared C Run-time for x64, McAfee Security Scan Plus, SiteAdvisor, etc.)
- Symantec / Norton (Antispam, Online Backup, Online Backup, etc.)
- AVG (AVG SafeGuard toolbar, etc.)
- Others (360 Antivirus, Rapport, Yahoo! Assist, etc.)
