There is no 'package.json' in the package, please make sure the 'package.json' is in the root of the package. SInce I have installed the upgrade this keeps popping up on startup.

Thank you for informing this issue. Actually JSON is a way that Trend Micro Security program uses to communicate with our cloud systems. As your description, we suspect that the Maximum Security program you're using is damaged somehow during the upgrade.
