Hi duncan, I'm afraid that the Antispam Toolbar of Trend Micro Security does not support Outlook 2016 yet. You may refer to this support page to see a list of supported Email Clients: Using the Antispam Toolbar of your Trend Micro Security

Hi Duncan,

outlook the first question regarding this was 6 month or more ago. Windows 10 was launched 1 year ago, testversions for specialists much more. When will Trenmicro be able to satisfy me and others I support.

Outlook 2016 has been one of the supported email clients which supported by the Anti-Spam Toolbar of Trend Micro Security 2017.

If you haven't upgraded to the latest version yet, you may visit this page for the step-by-step instruction.

Note: if the main console of your Trend Micro Security doesn't match the image below, you are probably running an older version.



If you are using Trend Micro Security 2017, please refer to this online help document to activate and configure the Anti-Spam Toolbar for your Outlook 2016: Using the Antispam Toolbar of your Trend Micro Security

Hi, Claudia,
I did all you ́ve proposed  In November 2016 I upgraded to outlook 2016. Using Abo Office 365 (2016)  Several times  I did all the steps as discribed above and in in your e-mail. It is imposible to install the toolbar and so you can ́t configure any. Sorry, ? Regards Wolfgang

Hi I am using TMS 2017 and Outlook 2016 on win10 I have 5 email addresses which I use via Outlook but the anti-spam only works with one Hotmail account, 3 talktalk & 1 Hotmail.co.uk are not covered by them spam filter, is this by design or a known issue - there are no setting on the tool bar or via main TMS for setting emails to be protected . hotmails are via outlook connect , talktalk are pop3. Thanks in advance

Last case where this comment came was done since 2016. Other concerns are opened
