Trend Micro Maximum Security

I'm getting this error "outer_AMSP_ClientLibrary.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error - Error status 0xc000012f" - how can I fix it?

Thank you for contacting us here! Looks like the outer_AMSP_ClientLibrary.dll of Maximum Security is damaged somehow in your computer and a re-install is a good way to make sure everything is reset. Please refer to the following support page to re-install your Maximum Security and check if the problem is resolved.

Thank you for providing the link - unforthuately after de-installing Trend Micro Maximum Security and then reinstalling it the problem still exists. Any other ideas?
