I have not received an order confirmation email so cannot claim my cashback. How long does it take to receive the order confirmation email?

Regarding your concern, the order confirmation email should arrive on your inbox within 24 hours after your purchase. Upon checking on your subscription, it seems that you did not purchase the license from our online store. There are no record on our system for online purchase under your email address.

If in case you purchased your Trend Micro program from one of our retail partners, you no longer need to wait for an order confirmation email. 

We hope this clarifies your concern. Please do not hesitate to respond should you have any other concerns that you'd like to address. We'll be very happy to assist you. :)

Hi. Thanks for the response. I did buy from a retail outlet but the online redemption form would not process without the order confirmation email with the order number and order code. I guess I'll wait for the email and try again.

You might have been submitting your cashback to our separate website.

For retail cashback submissions, you may simply click the link below:

Trend Micro - Q4 Retail Promotion

On that website, you will not be asked to provide the order confirmation email but the receipt for your purchase will be required.

Please let us know if you're able to submit the form. Please do not forget to also check the FAQs on the website.

Thanks but that link gives the error message:

Not Found

The requested URL /q4retailpromotion/ was not found on this server.

Please advise how I can claim my cash back. Most annoying that I cannot despite my repeated attempts. Thanks.
