Opening Trend Micro Mobile Security app on iPhone 5

I tried adding my iPhone 5 as a device on my account; however after I accept the terms and conditions on the mobile security app it constantly gives a message "Unable to continue, try again later"

Welcome and thank you for joining the community! It may sound silly but you may want to check if the iPhone is connected to the internet. Another suggestion is that you can try closing the app and check if you can now skip the Terms and Conditions part and use a trial version for now.
