old and new account in conflict?

I have upgraded my account. Now how to remove old account details so that it does not conflict with the new account ( as it does at present)

Hello jfkelly and welcome to the community! 

Basically, there's no way you can delete the expired licenses on your account, it will be kept on your account for the company's reference and as your record. 

Just to inform you, having an expired and active license on your account must not cause any issue for you since the system will automatically detect and use the most recent license on your account when you are activating a program on your devices.
