Hi Tom. We also appreciate your help here. Please try as Tom suggested yarwilx5505. In connection to that, try following the steps on this link.

Also, do you recall if you have made an update on your Windows or the Trend Micro program before this issue started?

If the Trend Micro program cannot be found, I advise that you reinstall it. It's cause may be an incomplete reinstallation of the Trend Micro program or if a recent update of the Windows system removed it. You may use the following installation guide to get the Trend Micro protection on your system again.

I've also just experienced this problem. I'm on a computer that is only 3 weeks old and suddenly yesterday the AMSC folder completely filled my hard drive with debug reports and now TM Maximum Security won't start up upon trying to launch from the icon or start menu.
