When i run trend micro sometimes it does not run all the way through and comes up not responding in task manager.

Thank you for letting us know about your concern.

One of the cause why Trend Micro program is not responding is due to a busy computer or you have other application that is taking too much of the computer's resources. Make sure that you close all of your programs and try to run a scan again.

And if it still doesn't work you can click this link below for further troubleshooting.

Scan does not finish and you cannot turn off Trend Micro Security software
