Not as helpful as before

Awhile back Trend Micro would automatically come up and prompt me and then I could let it fill in my username and password. That doesn't come up anymore or ask me to save passwords. I'm not sure what I did, or how to get that back. I have the box checked in my settings for auto-fill. Please help.

Please check if the Password Manager extension is enabled on your browser. If yes, kindly create a backup of your bookmarks and follow the steps on this link: 

Password Manager is not saving password and not opening a secure browser

If these steps don't help, please get back to us giving what browser you're using.
