In case the the update is still stucked. Try to redownload the updates.

Here are the steps:
1. Press "windows + R" on your keyboard.
2. Type "supporttool" and press enter.
3. It will open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit and go to "Uninstall" tab.
4. Click on "5. Stop all components" and wait till it finish stopping all components.
5. Click on "2. Delete Now" and "3. Delete Now".
6. Click on "4. Start all components" and the Trend Micro Main Console will open.
7. Look for a small human icon at the top-right corner of the main console, click on it and select "About this software".
8. Wait till it checks and downloads the latest updates.
