No access to C drive

Ok Team,

Firefox slowdown so installed Firefox again, problem not solved.
So new install of TM Max, problem solved!!!
New problem after new install of TM.
Now Folder-shield is not working right!
My C: drive is not accessible to put on Folder-shield!


So what is happening now?

How are you? :)

No, C is properly 'grayed' cause it is not possible to set Folder Shield in Windows main directory installation, to not generate issue in windows. 
You can set in Folder Shield any of the other C folders, anyway.

I use to put on all users on C: but not possible.
Installed twice already but the same problem.

Yes, I noticed now that '+' is not possible. 
Did you reinstalled TM removing all the remnant before reinstalling? 
Do you remember what did you remove to solve a Password Manager issue? 
Try to remove TM again, and remove all the folders and registry. You will find details on your old post about Password Manager not installing.

Yes that is what i must do and i get it fixed, okay but if i do normal a uninstall of a program i did not have problems when i install again and the same is that my Firefox slowdown ( The reason why i did the reinstall ) it just happened and that is also not right, no answers so far of any TM Employee!!!
So the uninstall of the program is not well and than the installer of the program cant fix it, com one TM start working on it because i am not the only won that got these problems!!!
So i shall do my own fix again but TM must work on these items!

I have consulted our Level 2 Engineers here and I was advised that we will need to escalate this case so they can run diagnosis and collect logs from the affected computer. Will it be fine if we will be contacting you again through phones?

We have tried to replicate the problem on every test machine that we have and we cannot seem to end up in the same conditions as you have.

We have been trying to replicate the same issue that you are having and apparently, we always have the "+" button beside the C: drive.
We are looking into this further right now as to what causes those problems that you are having. Please bear with us.

I send a logfile SUPPTOOL_LOG_20180201115802028 that was automatic send while i produce the error.
Maybe it has to do with my C: Drive?

There was a change there because i restore from a backup, and the installed TM again and again, used all the the programs to get rid of TM before the install.
And yes i bear with you ;)

Just a moment ago a TM Employee, "Raphael Nicasio Lucero"
Connect to my PC and found the solution!
Indexing Service was off on my C: Drive after that put on it worked again!
So work for TM, a lot of people using a SSD put off Indexing service, because it makes nothing Quicker and does a lot of writing what you don't like on a SSD!
So a other way to read the drive must be found by TM.

So problem solved for now!
