Newest Version updating

updating to newest verison icon displays, but seems to be hung up as it has displayed for over an hour. Should I restart computer even tho it say not to?

We checked the details of your subscription and it seems that you already have the latest version installed on Main-PC. Did you mean that the program is stuck on installing updates to your computer? If that is the case, kindly refer to this link for instructions:

"Unable to install the update. Please try again later" error 

We'll also appreciate that you send us a screenshot of the issue you're encountering. By the way, you can also contact Best Buy if you wish to be assisted via phone since it appears that your license was bought from them.
