Newest Update won't load - Updates stopped

Since I updated to OS Mojave (10.14.2), I've been unable to 1) check for updates and 2) update to the most recent version. When I check for updates, I get a "Stopped Update" error message. When I click "learn more" I'm connected to my log page. In the past, I've been able to check for updates from the menu bar.

I have Micro Antivirus for Mac 9.0.1351, and it won't update to the new version when I click "update now."

This is unusual. Can you please disable the program's components then re-enable it after a minute? Here's how: 

Enabling and Disabling your Antivirus for Mac

After resetting the components, the manual update should then proceed. Otherwise, check for possible conflicting programs (i.e. other security software) then remove them before reinstalling Antivirus for Mac. Follow these steps to do so: 
  1. Uninstalling Antivirus for Mac
  2. Installing Antivirus for Mac
