New Trend Maximum Security Upgrade not completing.

Trend Maximum Security did not complete upgrade. Error Code #1603,3002 0xe0220019. No help with this error code yet. Have completed and run uninstall tool but still won't install upgrade.

Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused. The installation fail can happen if there are remnants of the previously installed Trend Micro Security software. Please follow the support pages below to run Uninstall Tool and Remnant File Remover Tool, then install the latest version of Trend Micro Maximum Security.

Step 1. Uninstalling Trend Micro Security software using the Diagnostic Toolkit

Step 2. Installing Maximum Security 2017
