I RENEWED MY SUBSCRIPTION ON TIME AND MY LICENSE EXPIRES IN 2019 BASED ON MY RENEWAL. I AM RECEIVING NOTICES THAT MY CART IS NOT EMPTY ON THE TREND MICRO SITE AND I NEED TO PAY FOR MY NEW SUBSCRIPTION.
