New Install.... LOCKED UP...

just installed this program, it was set to do a full scan at 2:00AM.... but didn't, now it's gone into a FULL scan and says that it's updating at the same time.... it appears to be LOCKED UP... can you advise what to do???

Click on Wintoets/R type "SupportTool.exe" Click tab C, Click 5 (stop all components) wait till the tabs come up again, then Click on  4 (start all components)
