Thank you for updating us regarding this case.

It is possible that the reason you are encountering the notification message is because of the license you have used during the activation phase of the installation was already expired. Kindly check again the order confirmation email you have received after the purchase you have made for a new serial number to use.

You may then follow the procedure on this link on how to change the serial number on your device. If in case your device is running on a Mac OS, then the procedure for it is discussed in detail on Changing the serial number of Antivirus for Mac.

That was no help.   And where did this guy go ?

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers.
On a public site never give a key number, anybody can use it now, til a TM employee get it from the site!!!
