My Trend Micro Toolbar keeps disabling. I have to enable it every time I turn on the computer or go to another search.

Thanks for letting us know your toolbar issue. For this issue we've recently had reports of this same issue, and seems like reset Chrome Sync settings worked! You can refer to the steps below to check if your issue is sovled:
  1. Sign out/Disconnect the Google Account from all Google Chrome browsers currently signed-in.
  2. Reset Chrome Sync from the link below:
    https://www.google.com/settings/chrome/sync
  3. Sign in to Google Chrome using Google Account on previously signed-in Chrome browsers.
