My Trend Micro security keeps getting disconnected.

I keep getting messages from Windows 10 that I don't have security and if I want Trend Micro to make changes to my system. I click yes, Trend Micro starts for about a minute and then gets disconnected and receive the same message from Windows.

We have checked on your Trend Micro account and it seems that you are still running the Trend Micro 2017 version from Best Buy.

Can we first ask for you to update to the 2018 version? You may follow the procedure below.
