my trend micro maximum security 10 installation asked me to keep restart computer despite following the instructions.

I have tried umpteen times to install the trend micro maximum security 10. I followed the instructions but still it keep asking me to restart my laptop and PC.
I have been using this brand for last 2 years and this is my first time occurred this problem.

Thank you for using Trend Micor Security software! From your description, we have a support page that addresses this issue. Pleae give it a shot:
“Restart Required” error message appears when installing Trend Micro Program

1. No Trend driver
2. No Plug & play in the device list.
