My Trend Micro has uninstalled in an update

Hi, I recently received an message from trend micro saying that there was a newer version and that I needed to update.
I followed the instructions and it uninstalled the older version, then it came up with a page that was scanning my computer, but that went all day and night and never stopped or reinstalled my trend micro. then there was a power blackout at our house and the computer shut down.
Now I don't have my paid version of trend Micro on my computer.
Please reinstall this.
