My Trend Micro has been disabled???

I own 2 laptops and had Trend Micro on both. Now one has been disabled leaving it unprotected. WHY???

Sorry to hear about this.

I checked your account and it shows here that you subscription is entitled for 1 computer only. This may explain why the Trend Micro program on 1 of your computers shows the "Protection Disabled" Message.

If you have another serial number for the second computer, let us know so we can activate it.

I believe I've been a Trend customer since Trend began, & never had a computer problem. Then a Trend update stopped my computer's audio, & in fixing it they disabled the Trend icon. Now I have unwanted programs taking over my computer, & Trend will not accept my emails or allow me to post screen shots.  PC Magazine lists what they claim to be EXCELLENT FREE antivirus programs, so Trend just lost a faithful customer.

So if you want help, stop with reacting on all kinds of mail's here and put in a real question with screenshots and if someone ask you to do something, try them !!!!

You mentioned that Trend Micro was disabled while fixing the audio issue on your computer. It is possible that those unwanted program was installed while the program is disabled. Please always make sure that Trend Micro program is running by checking if there is a small Trend Micro icon on your task bar.

Regarding your problem about uploading a screenshot. Please save the screenshot of those unwanted programs, press the camera icon and select the saved screenshot.
