my subscription expiration date says activated and I thought I bought online??

I MAY NOT BE REPLYING ON THE CORRECT ISSUE/ PROBLEM
i HAVE SEEN MANY COMPLAINING EMAILS ABOUT THE SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE EXPIRING, MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE THERE WAS AN ATTEMPT TO PUT THE TREND ON A PHONE; THAT IS AN EXTRA CHARGE.

We checked your subscription and we saw that it is still valid until next year. May we just know where and what's the exact message that you are getting? 

You can also try to check the subscription information on the device personally. Just open the Trend Micro program, click on the Expiry date, and then check the details. 

Another option you may try is to sign in on our Trend Micro My Account portal for more detailed information about your subscription.
