Thank you for posting your concern here.

Apologies for this trouble. We have checked the details of your Trend Micro subscription and the reason why the expiry date changed from the original expiry date of your subscription is because instead of renewing the license, you have purchased a new subscription. This means that a new serial number has been issued to you.

We have already changed the expiry date of your subscription from 07/31/2018 to 08/18/2018. Kindly open your Trend Micro program to confirm this and if the new expiry date won't still appear, please click the expiry date at the bottom part of the main console to refresh the program.
