My printer will not work since I installed Trend Micro

My printer hasn't worked since I installed Trend Micro. Do I need to add the printer as another device? It is a HP Officejet 6500 E710n-z. I have spent about 6 hours trying to get it to work. When I troubleshoot I get a print out that indicates a security issue. It is a Wi-Fi enabled printer. Thanks for your assistance.

What device do you use to access your printer? Also, have you tried disabling Trend Micro to see if the problem
still persists? If not, you may do so by following the steps on the link below:

If you were able to use your printer after
this, then you may add the device to the Exception List. You may refer to the
