Once you're there, click the Go to Security Report button.
You will see all your devices under your account. Click on this device: Bill-HP01 and check if the Receive reports by email switch is enabled.
In case it is enabled yet there's still no report on the email, you will see the Last refreshed dateand time under your device name. And if it's over 30 days already, it means that we did not receive any feedback from the program that's why there's no report created.
