My Monthly Security Report only showed two of the three computers you are protecting. Bill-HP01 was not included. Why?

Hi, Bill Hanley.

Here are the reasons why this computer: Bill-HP01 is not included in the Security Report Email:
  • You have disabled the option to “Share computer performance information with Trend Micro".
  • The last feedback received from your computer is over 30 days.
To enable the Security Report on a device, please follow the steps below:
  • Sign in your Trend Micro account on this link.
  • After that, go to the Resources tab.
  • Once you're there, click the Go to Security Report button.
  • You will see all your devices under your account. Click on this device: Bill-HP01 and check if the Receive reports by email switch is enabled.
  • In case it is enabled yet there's still no report on the email, you will see the Last refreshed date and time under your device name. And if it's over 30 days already, it means that we did not receive any feedback from the program that's why there's no report created.
