Why do I check my windows security center and everything (firewall, virus protection, ect) is all listed as on. However, my Trend Micro icon says my listed as disabled and needs to be restarted to correct, Restarting has not worked.

As I've checked on my records, you were requested by a Standard Support Engineer to contact Best Buy to have this straightened out.

Please advise if your issue hasn't been resolved yet. Thanks @rwebster!

You probably updated your Windows. Please go into your apps and start Trend Micro Internet Security. After that let it make a quick scan. Your problem should be solved this way.
Please assure you are running the last version of trend Mirco. Otherwise go to your account and download it. By clicking on the download you remove the old software en get the new one automaticly

If I give a response, some others might find it useful. Although it is that old it popped up with the questions on the front page. This way it is to me not answered. Hope you understand it this way
