My daily scheduled scan has all of a sudden stopped running for no apparent reason

Yes, I have re-scheduled the scan at differing times during the day but it still has not run. it will run manually but will not run on the planned schedule. It was, but just stopped about 24 hours or so ago..

The scheduled scan of your Trend Micro Security software on your computer are considering conditions before it will kick in. Here it is:
  1. Full Screen Apps (including screensaver)
  2. System Busy (File copy behavior, software installation)
  3. Ongoing update
  4. Ongoing manual scan
  5. High CPU
  6. Disk is busy
Most of the time, screensaver and high CPU usage is the culprit for this kind of concern. Please check it and then try to make another observation.

I have the same problem.  It started after I received that latest TM Version 15.0 update a month ago.  The scheduled scan will run as scheduled for a few days and then suddenly stop.  The only way I can get it to start running scheduled scans is to go into settings and  uncheck the Scheduled Scan, and then shut down Trend Micro all together, and then reboot the computer.  Once the computer restarts I have to open TM and go into settings and set up the scheduled scans again.  It will then run the scheduled scan for the next several days or even a week before it stops again.  I have checked all your suggestions and NONE of them apply.  The scheduled scans worked for the past 8 years that I have had TM and just stopped working after the latest update to Version 15.0  Please figure out how to fix this problem - it is very annoying.
