No, this is a free upgrade. Just use your existing serial number to activate your subscription and you're good to go.

Well, I tried putting in my existing serial number and it kept saying it was wrong. Now it says it expires in about a month or I have to pay 45 dollars. It won't let me add the other two computers either, just posts an add for me to pay.
