Hi rickd74. I've used Trend for many years now, but have never seen a renewal for that length of time. I'm not saying that you don't have it, but that I've just never hear of more than a few years.
I would put in a call to Trend Micro Support and check with them. Good luck!
If you have activated another Trend Micro Account or Serial Number, could you provide the Trend Micro Account and Serial Number which will be effective until 2041 privately? Then we can merge the two accounts on our end.
