my computer is telling me my protection expires today but i believe i already renewed my subscription

Upon checking, your Trend Micro subscription has indeed already expired last 04/08/2017. And since your subscription was purchased from Best Buy and that your account is currently supported by them, it would be best that you contact to confirm your subscription.
