Thank you Tom Emmelot in helping us probe on what seems to be the problem.

We have checked the version of the Trend Micro program installed on your computer using the email address associated with this community post and we found that you were using a Trend Micro Program that is 2012 version.

We would advise upgrading that Trend Micro program to a later version. We already have the 2018 version available for download for free through this link:

Installing Internet Security 2018

Also, for the message that you have received, can you check if it was from the Trend Micro program or from some other applications on your computer or from the Operating System itself.
