My C drive is running out of space

My C drive is running out of space because of Trend Micro log files. the C drive is 453gb and the folder C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\AMSP\ debug currently holds 234gb spread across 18 folders 10001-20019.
in the 10004 folder yesterday 54 TMPEM2017062_nn.log files were created each of 10mb in size. That 0.5gb in one day and appears to be hapenning evry day. in the 10005 folder the TMUFE_UF.log is currently over 6gb in size.
What can I do to tidy all these files up and make sure they are kept tidy.
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 and can not upgrade it.

I understand that the Trend Micro software is consistently creating debug files in your computer. Our apologies for the inconvenience that this issue has caused you.

To resolve this issue, we would need to completely uninstall the Trend Micro software in your computer from the Trend Micro Diagnostic toolkit. You can find the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit by pressing on Windows Button + R then type in supporttool.exe and press enter. The Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit window should open. In there, go to Uninstall tab > Uninstall Software.

Another way to open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit is to go to this location Start > All Programs > Trend Micro Security > More Tools and Help > Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit and uninstall from there. 

When you have completely uninstalled the software it should remove all of the debug files created, you can reinstall it by following the link below.
