My account shows an experation in Junw 2018, but the notice says my protection has expired.

Hi figg11 I am having the same issue, mine expires in Nov. and I keep getting a popup that says Trend is turned off restart now. Are you getting that too?

It seems that your issue is different from what fig11 is experiencing. I believe your issue is Protection Disabled error message from Trend Micro. Upon checking, our Premium Support team already handled and resolved this issue on your PC.

The Protection has Expired is just a reminder that the subscription is already about to expire. I have confirmed that you already purchased a new Trend Micro Maximum Security and you still need to activate it on your 2 other Windows machines that are currently using the Trend Micro Internet Security.

Please uninstall the Internet Security using the Uninstall Tool on this link.
Run the Remnant File Remover Tool afterwards using this link.

Install Trend Micro Internet Security using this link.
