Mobile security Usage Data tracking

Just started receiving message "Mobile security hasn't been tracking my data for over a week" I have checked every setting, nothing has changed, why has it stopped working? Iphone 6s subscription ends July 17 and Trend Micro Internet Security.

Just started receiving this message again. You fixed it for about 5 days now it has started again every half hour all night long!

Hi @burny60tb. I understand that you are still encountering the same issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you.  Please make sure that the IOS Software is updated on your iPhone 6s.

How to update the iOS software on your iPhone 6s
1. Tap Settings > General > Software Update then tap Download and Install.



Please let us know if updating the IOS software solves the problem.
