Since I installed the mobile IOS version on my iPhone 6, there is a lot of difficulty downloading emails, I am blocked from various free wifi (the registration popup gets blocked) and Messenger no longer works. I have tried turning off the VPN, but it just goes straight back to on. Help!

First of all, please check the version of your Mobile Security app. On Mobile Security app, go to Settings and choose "About". The latest version should be 6.0 + and you may check for updates by just opening the App Store.
May we also ask if you were connected to a different VPN and then you enabled the Parental Controls on the Mobile Security app? As a workaround, you can open the Trend Micro Mobile Security app and then disable the Parental Controls. For us to get more details, kindly describe the steps you made before this issue happened.
