Mismatched Account Info

I recently changed my E-mail and password via the website for microtrend. Although, I can only log in to view my account info on the internet. when I try accessing the (family) Parental Controls (Microtrend's Icon on my desktop) I have to use a different e-mail address and password. I tried updating account info on, but it doesn't me an option on micro trends desktop icon. The e-mail address that I have to use is an inactive e-mail address and I no longer have access to this e-mail (***@hotmail.com) . I would like it to be switched to ***@gmail.com

Please know that the password for the Trend Micro account and the Trend Micro program are two different ones. To update the email address and password of your Trend Micro console, you may need to completely reinstall the program. Please refer to the links below:
